What next?

Whatever next ?   Where does the new Millenium take us ?

Having completed Munros and Corbetts we have a hard act to follow.

On a personal note I would like to attempt some or all of the following:-

  • Complete the Munro tops.
  • Repeat the best of the Munros.
  • Complete the "Other Tops" as per "The Corbetts and other Scottish Hills."
  • Complete the Irish Munros.
  • Fill in some of the remaining gaps in the Skye Ridge.

Realistically the main problems would appear to be, apart from tempus fugit, the difficult tops of Basteir Tooth, Knights Peak on Pinnacle Ridge, the gaps on the Skye ridge, and the Northern top on Liathach.

 

 


1992. Although the attempt on the whole Skye Ridge failed, many new sections where completed, and spectacular views were had.
